Hello Kevin,
absolute cool. I tried to print by my K8200-Printer, but the balljoints are not able to move.
Can you upload a model with more "air" in the gaps of the balljoints? the Layer has a layerheight of 0.25mm.
Your idea of this model is great.

Can you adjust your filament diameter? Making your filament diameter a little higher (by the even just 2 hundredths of a mm) means it'll put out less plastic when printing meaning these joints will be less likely to fuse.

Hey, I think if I make the gaps any larger the joints might fall apart - it is a tricky balance. I don't think I'll be updating this model, it was really just an experiment to see how printable articulating joints work for a more detailed model I'm working on. Hopefully the next one will be a bit more flexible.
