- Instead of daisy chaining the +5vdc to each module - the +5vdc on the 8266 is NOT an input.. there's circuitry in between the USB in and the +5vdc pin - I grabbed a few old micro USB cables and created a 3 headed Micro USB cable. this way the modules are easily replaced without any extra soldering work.
- LCD's are tacked in place with a little hot glue. There are standoffs for small screws, but, just a small drop in opposite corners of the station window works perfect.
- The double rear cover I remixed didn't have the cutouts for the USB - the guy had daisy chained the +5 internally - so a little dremel work and heat gun and the cover fits fine.
Better option would be rework / reprint the rear cover model, but it's a simple fix. there was a bit of sanding and trimming on the cover to get it to fit before inserting the modules.
Edit: Added a second back with the USB cut outs for each module.
