Friend of mine has a set of Method Race Wheels on his F-150. Somehow one of the center caps/snap in button disappeared (part number CP-T077K78-S1). I borrowed the spare one he got to attempt a blank copy. Once he verified my copy fit, I offered to personalize it for his ride.
Orient part to face down, I printed all of them with a 0.4mm nozzle at 0.2mm height, 3 perimeters as it's my go to for decent quality and strength. Larger layer heights should be fine and might actually make it more durable especially if you have issues with the tabs breaking. I've messed with larger nozzles and wouldn't recommend it if you want the logo crisp but should be fine for the blank or a more organic logo. My buddy's finished ones in the first two pics is done in Inland Black PETG (steel wooled for the matte finish and painted), test prints were also done in Filastruder's Veracity ProPLA in silver and Atomic Filament's PETG in gunmetal gray.
I may add a post or hex shaft on the back so it's easier to chuck it on a drill for finishing purposes, shouldn't interfere with anything on the wheel.
There is a DickButt edition I'll post up later...
