does this work with the Rpi 2b?

Yes. It will work with the B+ or Pi 2 when matched with this base:

Apple II Raspberry Pi Enclosure - BASE, B+

would you be able to load each piece as a separate file, so i can print just one at a time, please? the build plate i'm printing on is slightly warped and can't successfully print all three pieces at once.

I mainly print my objects at Shapeways, so i'm not sure if this helps:

http://www.3dprintmd.com/print/split-an-stl-from-the-thingiverse-into-multiple-objects/

it looks like you can use netfabb to break up or rearrange the objects in the STL to suit.
