Hmm, that's odd. I couldn't print the other cookie cutter either because the wall widths varied and in some places it was too thin to be printed. But I made sure the walls in my model are a constant width so it prints just fine with FDM printing. What did you do to fix it?

so my issue was that under the walls on the base section, when i tried to print the section under the walls would disappear and the walls would try to print in the air, all i did was an big erase and fill in fusion and it fixed up most of the file, i decided to load it into S3D to see what my change had done and noticed the little ribbon pieces didnt show up in the print so i posted this for now, ill be cleaning up those little lines shortly but i have a few other things on the go atm

Ah, thanks for the info. It must be an S3D issue because none of the slicers that I use (Slic3r, Cura, and FlashPrint) have that problem. I had printed mine using Slic3r, but when I checked it in Cura, I noticed that it had some drop-out areas in the fine-edged model, so I regenerated the model to fix that and also made them a single mesh, which I believe is what was causing S3D to fail.

Sounds about right for sure, though I’m not an expert haha either way we’ve got a confirmed ready print file for all slicers now I believe haha
