I like the size it's huge printing one now

When making parts with other parts inside how do you get the inside part to print AND not be stuck to the other part?  I can't figure this out for my own work.

 Good question.  Trial and error is my preferred method. :)

However, if the overlap is one or two layers in print height and the overlap area is small compared to the size of the parts, it makes sense that it won't require much effort to separate the two parts.

In this case, I pry the inner ball loose with a flat head screwdriver.

 That is what I was thinking but I see people do hinges and ball bearings and I have absolutely no idea how they pull that off.
