Made a windmill that can rotate with the help of a motor. The windmill can be used as a still model if you want, used the part called Connector_No_Motor to connect the wings (did not test this piece, easy to make your own tho). There is a small shed beside the windmill where you can house electronics if wanted. Motor used: http://www.sourcingmap.com/rs445pa-dc-24v-3800rpm-output-speed-47-32mm-dc-motor-pulley-p-517205.html Was an old motor found in a printer, not optimal but it was what i had.

Do not put lit candles in the model tho, used led.
Windmill can be printed standalone if wanted.
Glue used to connect top of windmill to body.
Door used in picture: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:596223
Fusion 360 file included if you want to do any changes
The windmill looks good with light in it, maybe someone could install some LED's in the windmill and use the shed to store batteries and switches
I don't know if it will work as a miniature, but you are free to try. My only concern is the wings rectangular pattern that will become too small, and the railings. You can modify this in fusion 360
IMPORTANT: Print shed with support from build plate. Railing can be printed without support, but there's a lot of bridging, would recommend support
