Ill look at it , should i make a m5 to , how about a slide in with m3 m4 m5

This worked well. Think you'd have time to cook up an 2020 M4?

Obviously not as strong as a "real" T nut, but for non-structural items it should work just fine. I tried the one you mentioned and it does work, sort of. It suffers from not having the 1st 2mm threaded and caused me some grief when mounting a cable bracket w/ my bolt set. Needed a length between the 2 sizes I had. This one might work w/ the shorter bolt where I had to cut the longer one so it didn't hit the extrusion.

It needs to print w/ the hole aligned w/ the Z axis or you need a very small nozzle to get the threads.

Ran one off as a test and the threads fit better than metal T nuts. 0.08 layer, 0.4 nozzle, 50mm/s, 205/60C.

thx , it cant be used to build a printer but for light and other non load carrying things..
