Hi Delukart - I am doing the same mod to my tt sapphire s - adding e3dv6 hotend and duet 2 ethernet board - A question please - I see you used the lerdge heat bed mosfet/switch - looks like you wired the control lines straight to the heat bed output of your duet maestro? Is there any thing particular to be done here ? Does running 24v down this control line not blow it up? which wire is positive on the control wire to the lerdge switch blue-white wire?

the control lines are going from the duet heat bed output to the plug in the lerdge mosfet. then i have power from the 24v power to the mosfet then from the mosfet out to the heat bed. and no problem with 24v. they are made to handle it.

Delukart - Thank you so much for the response its appreciated
One more question did you use the original stepper motor cables from the sapphire/lerdger board and do they plug straight into the duet with no modification?

i used all original wires. except the endstops. that need to be sepearted to plug into the correct spots. i did have to snip off the tabs on the plugs for the stepper motors so they fit in the board connectors

ok, I found it, all I had to do was add the minus sign, anyway thank you

great! glad it is working for you.

sorry i dont have time to teach you.
here you can read and learn more about the board your using.

Can you tell me exactly how to do it please, I'm a beginner and I don't understand everything yet

I have the same printer as yours on duet wifi, but my printer and it turned out that it printed mirrored.
I set up my config again similar to yours, it seems to me correctly but when i homing X-axis moves in the opposite direction. From the Duet main panel all axes work correctly -X goes left and +X goes right. did you have a similar problem?
Regards Chris

Your homing x needs to be flipped .thats all. read up on the duet site..
this is from my duet maestro . not sure if the config is same as duet wifi .never checked my other machines for differences.

Thanks for answering, great job, did you made any more modifications, I mean change stepper motors? extruder? etc.
How this printer works on these settings?

i changed a few things..
changed the hotend for a e3D threaded v6 with this carriage https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3489730

changed to a e3d titan and put my great add-on to my titans (keeps the titan filiment gear clean.)

also added gates belts and stepper motor dampeners..

Hi, why in this config.g you have the home position on the right corner? should be rear left, is this the current config?
Regards Chris

my machine with these settings homes to the back left corner.

can you please publish your firmware or the json template ? :)

here is my gcode config.
i am still running 1.21

Hey great work, than you for sharing. One question, recently I got my duet marstro and had to install it. Could you please share a high resolution photo of you wiring. Iam not completely sure how to connect the ssr with the maestro. Thanks a lot in advance.

thank you for liking . it is very simple just run + to + and - to - i will take a close up picture later when im around the machine

Hello I have the exact same board just the wifi version. Im just wondering if you can send me the reprap config as im kind of stuck on configuring it. Thanks.

Hey! I\m thinking about buying this printer. Are you happy with the quality after upgrades? Could you show some photos of prints? Thanks!

quality of my prints are great. and i am very happy with my machine. i dont have any pics to share since i cant share pics of client prints.

Hello, thanks for answering, you need your profile, it's fine also that of s3d, then I'll adapt to my needs! Thank you

Ciao, ho la tua stessa stampante, mi occorrerebbe il profilo con le impostazioni per cura o un software di slicer simile puoi aiutarmi?

im not sure what your question is. are you asking about my slicer profile? if so i use only s3d. if you use that. i can share my profile. but the profile changes often due to different filaments and weather.
