A re-mix of mugbean's Pi Zero W Case to add a mounting point, and extra height to support the addition of Pimoroni's automation phat.
I used this case to mound the combined Pi Zero and pHat to my garage door opening. The pHat provides a relay for operating the garage door opener. The bolt I used for mounting the case also provides a great place to mount the antenna for my RTL-SDR which gets used for listening to various sensors in the garage and house.
Print off 4 of the spacers, they should fit between the boards, and the pegs hopefully drop into the mounting holes on the PCBs. It's a little bit of a trick to get the standoffs in while pushing the pHat down into the Pi. Once the standoffs are in put the unit into the case.
The case is a tight fit, care should be taken while pushing it down as the USB and HDMI ports drag on the side of the case (I pulled the case out slightly while pushing the boards in)
Wire up the pHat before putting the lit on. The lid is a tight friction fit.
This is all basically press fit, it's mounted to my garage door opener so it gets a fair deal of vibration, so far though I haven't had any issues with parts working themselves out.
