This is a disc sander table, which is driven by a Dremel 395 or similar. I use a rubber mount to hold the sanding disk, which came with a Dremel grinder kit. But there are universal kits on Amazon. You can stick Velcro to the disc and use pads off Amazon or glue the sanding paper directly on. The tool can use discs up to 75mm/3". I use cellular rubber to fit the Dremel and dampen its vibration a bit.
The clamp screw needs to be printed twice.
Printed in different layer heights. The base up to the threads was in 0.3, then 0.2 from the threads on. Also higher infill in the thread section and the guide of the table. Supports are only necessary under the guide where the table screw sits.
