Looks fantastic so far, great job! I am just completing my 1/48 scale Saturn 5 so this is very timely. Look forward to your progress.

Do you have any idea how this will need to be resized, if at all, to match with farscape1's Saturn V model?

I am wondering if its better to laser cut the internal walls and the huge plain frameworks out of acrylic sheets? As laser cutting acrylic is best for making this kind of flat and thin objects with a much higher speed (than 3d printing) and also a lot cheaper. whats more, laser cutting acrylic can handle much larger pieces in one time and do not need to glue several pieces into one after printing, as most people's 3d printing machine can not print things larger than 30cm*30cm in a time.

Hi, yes maybe its cheaper. But my target is, to print all the parts on a 200x200mm printbed.

The project I look forward to the most in the whole verse!
Cant wait to print and build one!

This might be the project that finally gets me kicked out of the house... but SOOO worth it! AMAZING! Collected and Excited to build!

Will I be able to scale and print this at 44% to match my 1:110 Lego Saturn V?

Very much looking forward to this! I am awed by your design, printing and assembly skills, The tractor assembly is gorgeous!

Awww man! You beat me to it, Ive been working on a crawler model too!

cool :) in wich scale ? How far is your work ?

I'm building full scale, I'm also using the model for CG purposes. I'm about 1/4 of the way done with the crawler. But like you I want to do the whole thing LUT and Saturn V.

man I can't wait to get started on this one! The whole kit and caboodle will be 8 feet tall!!!

Looks amazing! Any plans to print it?

i´m printing the model at the moment.
I added a view pics from the first parts.

This looks awesome! Excited to see the progress.

This looks awesome!

Maybe also think about a lower parts version with a little less detail in areas not normally seen from a display angle. Just a thought!
