Leider nicht brauchbar

I think i have done something wrong, i can't get it to work. I do not understand how to get the numbers. Even if i look inside the lock i cannot line them up correctly. I put in the two first dials the pin in the same place, to get the same nr: but i think that was a mistake everything is glued in so Bey bey christmass present :(

I am trying to Slice the Dial using Simplify3D and I am running into a problem where the numbers on the dial specifically number 20 is causing the slicing software to think there is a hole that goes through the dial where the number is to the other side. Is there any way you can think of that I would be able to fix this? My only thought is to completely redesign the part to scale on Solidworks.

I checked the model, I don't see any holes. but you can try Microsofts repair tool: https://tools3d.azurewebsites.net/
Also try to use Cura it slices perfectly. Simplify3D is not worth the money if you ask me, too many issues.

Which way round do the programming pins fit into the holes on the wheels? The pins I've printed seem to be too big to fit into the holes whichever way round I put them. Can you post a close up photo of the pins in the holes please?

Due to tolerances the pins might be hard to get in. You can use a bit of sand paper. Anyway if you look at the pin as a T then the bottom of the T goes into the hole. The short end should point towards the outside of the wheel. I have attached two photos, I hope they will help. If not I will make a drawing or a screen capture of the 3D model.

That helps a lot, thank you.
