This is a rotary tool which you can mount on your vacuum. Inside is a small turbine that is spun by the incomming air and rotates a small shaft. On the top of the shaft (diameter = 15mm) there is a 6mm hex hole, so you can mount further tooling. I just glued sandpaper at the tip (28mm to 45mm diameter vacuum tube is possible, or else use tape).Tolerances are 0.5mm. Give it some lubrication (I used PTFE spray) before use for best results. The nice thing is, the dust is sucked right in the vacuum, no cleaning up the mess.
Here it is in action:

It functions not as good (no bearings), but you need no further parts. Just print it (~3-4 hours) and stick it on your vaccum and your done.
For the print settings:
Try to have the smallest amount of stringing possible.
