My second remix of the CiiiCooler, this time for C.R.T.'s S.T.E.V.E! Should have enough adjustment for use with the V6 or Volcano heatblock. Thanks again for Pawpawpaw85 for allowing me to post my hack of a remix!
Supports typically not needed though I find I get much cleaner ports if used (support from build plate only and not everywhere!). Recommended to be printed with at least PETG, though I noticed with the single mounting point it may sag or warp a little over time especially when using high bed temps with cooler off. I've been using eSun's ABS+ recently (the silver version in the cover photo) and it seems stiffer plus you get the benefit of ABS' increased heat resistance.
You will need to be using the updated extruder carriage in S.T.E.V.E's update parts which Adam added as a .zip file. The cooler's mount uses the two lower mounting points that were added, use two m3x10mm bolts and washers to secure. The washers are needed as the slot is slightly wide for an m3 socket head, you might be able to substitute with pan or button heads. An m3x20mm bolt and nut can be used to secure the fan, I used a longer nylon bolt and trimmed to fit to reduce weight. You may also get by using just a zip tie to save a bit more weight.
TinkerCad to the rescue once again! I suppose I could have learned to remodel it in Fusion360 from the ground up, but the fan and carriage mounting are simple enough shapes.
This design sticks out the back of the extruder assembly quite a ways. It shouldn't stick out past the rear of the frame as my configuration already has the bed pushed rearwards to allow maximum Y travel and still has a mm or two of clearance. It is wide enough to possibly interfere with the Z bearing and lead screw on the right side so configure your travel limits accordingly.

7/31/19 - Uploaded V1.2. Changes include additional fillets on the mounting tabs and tweaks to the fan inlet as the original design didn't work with the dual ball bearing fan I'll be upgrading to.
