Hi, thank you very much for this nice model. I just ordered one of the 2nd version. I was thinking about mounting a Noctua fan on it but finally concluded that I probably don't need one. However I only found 40mm fans from Noctua, the next size would be 60mm. Is it possible to add holes in the top part for 60mm fans too?

Could you make a taller version with clearance for the NVME carrier board + PoE hat?

A taller version for the M.2 carrier board would be great!

I will do this on my to do list, but because of the rock pi's upside down orientation in this case it could be a bit tricky.
But I'll try... (can't estimate any timeline)

Can you provide the dimensions for the M.2 carrier borad and the ribbon cable?

This is great, thank you for sharing. What's the best way to get access to the GPIO for a fan connection? Would you be able to carve out a notch?

I thought it would be possible to lead the wires through the fan fins -> under the top part frame -> into the case. I hope it'll work. I haven't installed a fan to be honest.

Ah, gotcha. I haven't had a chance to print this yet (just got the Rock Pi 4b in the mail yesterday) but when I do I'll let you know.
