This design is made in openscad and is parametrized.
I didn't find any design that would fit my situation so i made it myself.
The main idea was to create a bowden carriage for my E3d-v6 extruder setup, and to design suitable object and heatsink cooling duct's.
Both ducts are designed for 40x40 mm fans.
The object cooling duct is full circular, with asymetric blowout gap to compensate for higher air pressure at the inflow side.
The heatsink fan is designed to maximize the amount of air flow to the heat sink.
Both ducts are mounted to the carriage itself so they don't add mass to the e3d extruder itself, as most design strangely do!
The object fan kan be changed in many way to choose the best for your setup.
A 45 degree version suits me best, but as you can see in the pictures a 90 deg version is easely made, the needed parameters can be found in the openscad file:
Some stl's provides are only needed for visualisation (like the fans, and e3d extruder), they can be found in the import section of the design.
i printed in TitanX ABS (plus version with low warp issues).
All stl's can be printed without support
