This is a bracket to attach my Active Cooling Fan Duct to a CTC or FlashForge printer without the need of the rarely available M3x60 bolts. A second benefit is that you can click in and out the front cooling duct without any tool and without loosing your active cooling height setup. If you use a plug-able 2 pin connection for the front fan you can even dead easy remove it fully.

His design works with my WanHao Duplicator 4 but because of the wider extruder aluminum mount block of the CTC and FlashForge printers the dual extruder fan distance is higher and as a result JakobWelners clip doesn't fit here.
So mine is basically a redraw to make it fit on my CTC printers. Because FlashForge printers use the same extruder mount block I'm sure it works on FlashForge Creators, too.
You will need the following parts to mount my Active Cooling Fan Duct with this clip:
2x M3 nuts
2x M3x14 hex screws (or alternatively M3x16 typically shipped as spare parts with the printers)
Because the front cooling duct can be easily clicked into the carriage we don't need to finally tighten the extruder fan screws at the end and can print a version of my Active Cooling Fan Duct without the inner holes inside of the air way. This adapted version of the duct ActiveDuctD4_V1_nohole.STL you can download in my thing.
I printed it with 0.1 layer height, 2 shells and 100% infill. I didn't care that the 1mm plate underneath the fans has a small gap between the shells. Anyways it works flawless!
Print orientation should stay like in the STL files so that the future front is aligned to the build plate while printing.
