The design of the flipping part is altered and should now print without problems on most printers. Added a STL file - supplied by Marcel_X - that replaces the need for a special metal axle.

Please note that the balance of the flipping part depends on how solid it is printed. On my Flashforge Finder with print setting "fine" it comes out well balanced. "Fine" stands for 3 perimeter shells. If your part is not balanced at all try with a different number of perimeter shells.
Two types of a flipping tube. One with straight release (green tube in the video). The other with U-turn (dark red tube). The uploaded files contain variations in shape and height. Greater height gives greater speed.
Print plate bottom down. The ring is printed separately (upside down) and glued into the plate bottom. The tube is printed upright.
