Hello. Are the dimensions of the Z car for a 775 engine?

Cnc in pictures uses 9 pcs of aluminum extrusions, your description says 8. Keep that in mind when ordering extrusion
Also 623zz bearing have internal diameter of 3 mm, so do you mind telling how you put 8 mm shaft into 3mm hole?
Nice design but I suggest to print it first and then order the hardware

Thanks for finding wrong i used 608 zz bearing where its mentioned wrong size bearing

thanks for correction. Yes the all extrusion is 9 Nos in design pics but in actual pic i used only 8 nos

Nice design. Maybe the 8mm rods are a little to weak for CNC Mill. Is it possible that you offer the source files to modify it or can you offer different versions? Thank you in advance.

Ok. I will upload the source file

Thank you very much

Neat design!! A couple of questions comes to mind:

-What electronics would you use? And what software?

-I'm guessing the build plate is made of aluminium, do you have the exact size ?

-And lastly, what tool are you planning to use?

I am planning to use ARDUINO Uno with CNC shield. About software i know Inkspace and where can i transfer to g code. About milling and all i have to learn a lot. I am basically a electrical & electronics engineer . I required to make PCB's my milling. The bed is just for design alluminum extrusion can be easily assembled to this design since the freedom to align the rods and fix the Sliding block linear bearings.

Well! I'll be watching this! If it wasn't the fact that I just got my 3D printer, I would build one at the same time as you do!
