This looks like a great design and better than what I ended up tweaking to make work on my Enders. I'll be sure to post a make when it's done printing!

Hi, thanks for your designs. Is this what you mean by with the M5 spring nuts? Or the kind that look like they wrap around something?https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07M6JGGDB/ref=crt_ewc_title_dp_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A2A5KW3DQG9SQW

Does it function like a t-nut?

Yep does the same job, Only benefit is they don't move around or fall out of the slot i just use them because i like an easy life.

Awesome! Also, I noticed that you have Fysetc bed. Would you recommend getting it?

I bought 3 of the Fystec beds and flexplates when they came out and thought they should at least work and couldn't be any worse than the original items. Turns out they have been great i haven't had any issues and they seem to heat up a lot faster to 70. So at least with the ones i received they seem to be worth recommending. I can't comment on long term reliability as i have only had them since the end of January.

can you do this for pro version?

I could modify the motor mount and idler body to fit onto the 4040 extrusion, the rail would then be mounted closest to the motor side so the MGN12 carriage holes would be offset 10mm from center. I am not sure of the positioning of the holes on the pro y plate as i don't have one so probably can't make up a drill guide?
