Could you post the file as stl

They are in the download.

Just want to say thanks so much for posting the scad file -- not sure if I'll be able to use it yet or not, but it increases the usefulness by an order of magnitude =]

As a thought, if you could make one of these that could be printed laying on its side it would be much stronger; the stress is likely to break it along the grain, whereas if you can put the grain going to the clip it'll be far stronger

How tight are the clips supposed to be? I tried out the "both clip" and the width of the power poles was too wide to fit in the connector. The roll pins didn't survive the support material trim and my attempt to insert the power pole connectors, but I didn't expect them to either.

Printing on a custom Printrbot LC with natural ABS slic3r and PronterFace (older versions). The calibration is sub millimeter on the printer, and it looks like the print was 1mm short on both axes. I suppose I could modify the parameters.

What did you test the prints with?

made 7 trashed tham all one i used 100 fill pins and ends broke wile removing them from the glass
that was worst

I'm trying to imagine how to use this. I am assuming it is for a double PowerPole setup (side by side attachment). Are the center pins supposed to go where the roll pins go?

I don't use the roll pins that often. Works fine for me.I added an image for clarification.

Got it! Look good. I'm trying some on some 30A clips.
