Best to print this with a .35mm nozzle or smaller. I used .15mm layer height, 2 perimeters.

made this for my dad-wish i had printed one for myself as well! the one side where the symbol is right on the edge is really flimsy though-perhaps the symbol could be mover over a bit?

Looks cool, but isn't the whole idea contradictory? Klingons referred to their dead comrade's body as "an empty shell" and said to "dispose of it as such". They wouldn't want dog tags. :)

Yea, but klingons are not real and this is just meant to be a fun thing not something that would be used on the show. ;-)
