Corrected the mesh so that the fan is correctly in the middle of the object and all sides are equal
Made holes the same diamiter as the 40mm fan, 4.2mm
Made the internal fan diamiter equal to that of the fan to improve airflow
added a 4mm step to level the atachment so that reliance on bolts is not necessary.

Slic3r Version 0.9.8 says:

"The model has overlapping or self-intersecting facets. I tried to repair it, however you might want to check the results or repair the input file and retry."

so is it just suppose to be slip on?
