Sharing my AR magazine speed loader. I have tested with .300AAC and .223Rem/5.56N rounds.
It assembles with commonly available 1 1/4" Drywall screws, and can be mounted to a bench or used as a stand alone device.
When mounted to a bench, simply assemble the parts and screw them down from the top holes. If not bench mounted, assemble it using only the screws through the bottom and sides.
All parts EXCEPT the ram can be printed with no support. The ram will need support for the few few layers.
Note that the sorting tray has two screw holes that don't appear through the bottom. The bottoms of these holes are only 1 layer thick, a screw will blow right through no problem. I did this so that no support would be needed for printing.
Recommend 4-5 perimeter shell walls, minimum 3 top and bottom layers, and 15% infill. .4mm nozzle, .2mm layer height. Requires 220mmx220mm build plate.
In the near future I will add the magazine support tray. I'm still getting it refined for steel and poly mags in 10-30rd caps. For now simply holding the mag in place works.
