This is a remix of raess Ardumower Arctic Hare design.
Most of the parts are printable without supports and some will need supports but less than original. Parts are stronger and lot of little things are changed here and there. Should be more waterproof etc. Probably none of these parts can be mixed with original design parts. Biggest change is added cover for cutting blades.
Charging station is my own design. Station contacts are 20x20 U-shaped aluminium extrusion with springs. Mower contacts are made from 12 mm copper capillary end caps and theres magnets inside to ensure contact.
I printed all mower parts with devil design ASA except wheel surfaces, those are TPU.
These parts are made for prusa mk2 printer, so these are bigger than originals. All except wheel surfaces are printable 250x210x200 building space, wheel surfaces diameter is 218mm.
Electronics, motors, blades etc. are kit from Marotronics (this kit contains a lot of stuff):

Filament usage around 11kg ASA and 0,8kg TPU.
Printing time around 600h with 0.6 nozzle and E3D Volcano hotend.

Step-file is now uploaded, assembly part names are partly finnish, swedish and english :) you have deal with that.
Mower is now completed. Some pictures and testing video uploaded.
Parts what I used is now listed to description.
Next thing to do is perimeter wire installation and some kind of shelter for charging station and mower.
Video added, mower drives smooth with IMU and odometry. EPDM foam rubber bumper was too sensitive. Garden hose work much better. Center u.s. sensor is too low, it can't be used at all. Otherwise it's has been worked as expected. I have some upgrades coming during winter. Wlan antenna, more bumper hose, u.s. sensors to new positions etc. minor things
