How difficultt would this be to modify to use with a 2-gang switch?

I couldn't imagine it would be too difficult. Do you mean two switches side by side?

Yes. I was able to splice the plate together to fit, but I think the linkages need to be adjusted, plus the text swapped around on one side. I'm thinking having the long arms go on the outside, and the short arms for moving the arrows being on the center of the double plate, but the main T-shaped arm may need to have one side shortened to avoid collisions.

Wish we had switches like that in the UK. These would be great fun.

Do you have the CAD files for this? I'd like to remix it with all the details of the original.

What size hardware do you need to put this together?

Exactly like Siblade said, I used the filament route since I found that to be a simple and common way to make free moving hinges without having to purchase any hardware.
