I designed these clips to assist the Z axis tensioner to better prevent table drop when the steppers are turned off on the Ender 5. They are very similar to the bowden clips we all use on our extruders and hot ends. These clips are designed to add tension to the spring under the bed. They are very simple to install and do help with the table drop problem, I find that the 1.5mm thick spacer works best on my machine. They do not completely prevent the problem but help greatly. I am including a 1, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 & 3.0mm thick version. I would load all of them into one build and make them all so you can find what works best for your machine. It is only about a 20 minute print for all of them. I printed mine in PETG because I wasn't sure if PLA had enough spring in it to slide over the bushing. It would probably work fine though. If you want the text on top of the clip to print crisp you will have to run your top layer very slow. I ran mine at 20mm/s and they came out great.
