This is quick and dirty stand for Uniden Bearcat UBC125XLT (and BC125AT?).
I did use metal washers for extra weight and stability, when using taller or external antennas.
(it demands accurate measurements and slicing for inserting washers in middle of print)
There is six versions:
1-scanner_dock.stl = big with cavity for 2x ~ 79.3 x 79.3 x 5.33mm washers, they do add ~420g weight.
2-scanner_dock.stl = big without cavity.
3-scanner_dock.stl = big with 4mm thick base.
4-scanner_dock.stl = small with cavity for 2x ~ 58.8 x 58.8 x 4.6mm washers, they do add ~210g weight.
5-scanner_dock.stl = small without cavity.
6-scanner_dock.stl = small with 4mm thick base.
If you can't find same washers, maybe i can edit cavity for you, with your needed dimensions?
You may play with your settings.
- 5/5/5/ perimeters/top/bottom layers.
- 30% grid infill.
- 0.4 or 0.6mm nozzle.
- 0.15 - 0.48mm LH
