Very nice design! I'm going to print it when I have some free time on the printer.

Btw, what clamp are you using?

Thank you. I have some basic clamp i just found it somewhere around:)
It is just piece of metal in C shape with screw.

Hello...it looks very nice.
It is a very successful project study.

The name of "hexaspot_bolt_60x15_38x15_36_20x2.stl" suggests we are supposed to print two of those. However, I don't see a 2nd one being used in your photos. Do we need two of those?

Also, your stl files slice right but for some reason both OpenSCAD and MeshMixer have issues with them (shade and shade arm are too big for my print bed so remixing them to split them in two). For example, if you put the shade arm in MeshMixer and before doing anything else if you hit "Separate Shells" it results in 14 separate parts. This has made it nearly impossible to do a Plane Cut on the shade arm :-( Using "Make Solid" in MeshMixer results in a single part, but then it get's a whole bunch of jagged edges. I am just curious if you could do anything to make your stl files a single solid part?
