Excellent! The cup fits perfectly the oil filter. I think that a bigger male drive (e.g 17mm) would be better, I'm afraid that the 10mm bit will turn into the hole with an excessive effort due to a blocked filter. I've printed the thing and will try this week, I'll keep you informed of the result.
Thanks anyway to share!

Good ideas on the drive part. I'll model a 17mm.

Perfect! Got it. If the 10mm female drive fails, I'll unglue it (hope it will not be too difficult or I'll be obliged to reprint the entire cup). Like you I have an original Prusa i3 Mk3. I also took and printed the plug-puller and will try it next week. I'm going to do the 10000km maintenance of my R1200 NineT and its great not to be obliged to buy the very expensive BMW Motorrad specific tools :-) Thanks again

Great!! Over the years (20 years servicing my BMW bikes) I've bought aftermarket tools as needed. These couple plastic tools were more of a CAD exercise than an actual need -- and a test of "Can a plastic tool function here?" -- but I thought I'd model them and share... for people just like you! :)
