You can simply pause the print and then proceed right ?

Yes! Add in your gcode M600 as a command. Then it will stop and wait for you (see screenshot)

Will M600 be the correct height to pause the print? Or is this irrelevant with the M600 command? Sorry if this is a nooby question, I never seen this command. What is the correct layer height to pause?

If you use my example without modifying the height I suggest 0.95 millimeters.
That is the last layer before it closes the tag.

M600 is just the command to tell your printer to stop and wait for your input.
Its probably not the best command cause it is used for filament change.

I did the example with M600 cause it depends on your printer and what gcode it supports (I believe M600 is more common).

If you use e.g. a Prusa printer G4 (https://github.com/prusa3d/Prusa-Firmware/wiki/Supported-G-codes#g4) or M24 (https://github.com/prusa3d/Prusa-Firmware/wiki/Supported-G-codes#m25) would be a better fit.

What printer are you using?

I currently use a Prusa I3 MK3. I don't mind the filament change, but will look into G4 and M24 as wel. Thanks for the respons, love the model!
