This is an upgrade for (almost) any printer with an E3D V6 extruder. This design is the 4th iteration after several failed attempts to get a secure fitment. This upgrade will enable more effective heat interruption above the nozzle to ensure less clogging and easier filament changes. It also looks pretty sweet.
This model is designed to accommodate two 30mm fans secured by 15-20mm M3 screws. Due to compact design, there is little/no room for nuts on the inside, so the holes are small enough that the screws alone are enough. Once installed, you may want to add a touch of hot-glue to the top so the housing doesn't rotate during prints.
Note: This design is for heat-sinks measuring approx. 23mm diameter and 26mm tall. If requested, I can modify the drawing and/or upload other file formats for your own modification.

See photo for desired support pattern. There is a vertical structure inside the housing that is essential to keeping it securely attached to the heat-sink, and if not careful it is easy to break it by accident when removing supports. I used 87 degree support angle so that this structure isn't completely enclosed by the generated supports and is easier to remove supports without breaking the vertical structure.
Print using ABS plastic so that it doesn't melt/warp during high temperature operation.
