I got sick of turning my Ender-3 upside down to do modifications & I wanted an SD card without buying the touchscreen, so I designed this. It also has a place to mount a buck converter, and the fan holder is modified to fit a Noctua fan. (Factory fan still fits.) It includes a plate to mount the USB port near the power switch & plug.
All parts can be found for under $2 each from China. I paid a little more to get them from the US.

Some of the STL files need to be flipped 180°.
The only place I used supports are for the pegs that hold the SD Reader in place.
I accidentally forgot my feed rate was at 300% from a previous project, so mine isn't perfect in the pictures.
I wired my buck converter to plug into the fan connector and output 12v for the Noctua fan. Those wires all fit under the MKS board.

This shape is critical to fit my design. I don't think other boards will fit.
