Summary

The microphone arm on my Logitech headset broke, so rather than buy a new headset I designed and printed a replacement arm on my 3D printer.
My design allows the wire from the microphone to be routed around the outside of the arm, so you don't need to disassemble the whole headset and resolder the wire.

Thank you for making this!

I was fiddling around with duct tape to fix it, which came loose every other week or so. With this fix it is as good as new!

You have PayPal or IBAN number? I was about to buy a new headset but your fix saved me from buying a new headset. My G930 is already 6 years old but with your new replacement part I am sure it can handle the epic gaming sessions for years to come!

Hello

Have you some advice about printer setting ?

Thanks a lot

These are the print settings I used, the result was quite nice. It is better to print slow because the part needs to fit tightly in the injection molded receptacle on the headset. See my make for my print results: http://www.thingiverse.com/make:324201

If you need help with the installation, just ask :)
