I've tried 4 different xt60 caps from thingiverse and every one of them are too big. I am using turnigy graphene lipos which have the black XT60 plugs, all the caps print at the settings displayed but are all too big, they fall off easily. Would increasing the wall thickness make the cap a tighter fit ?

These are great, thanks. I printed a bunch of other caps using different materials and these ones fit the best with different materials for a number of different battery types.

Just did a remix of this to enlarge the letters and add an S for storage option.

XT60 Cap Empty, Full, and Storage with Large Letters
by sniffle

These fit perfect when made from ABS. best fit of all the ones I've tried.

Nice cap! Fits perfect.

I combined both pieces into a single unit in a 'remix' - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:728102
Its quite handy not needing to find either the E or the F - this way they are both in a single unit.

Tried different settings, even scaled up and down with 0.01.. Can't get them to fit! Printed on an UM2 so not a cheap printer...

If I still have the CAD files i will upload a thinpin version later ;)

Ok, thankyou, I don't think it would need much. But I'll let you know once you upload them and I tried them out :-)

Hmm i have printed like 100 ones and they all wokr fine on Hobbyking XT60 Plugs. I only had some other XT60 Plugs that fit very tight ( darker yellow )

The pins in the middle just seem too big, tried printing slow, fast, 0.30 res to 0.1 res.. Always the same problem, pins are too big

Hi KLucky13, I had the same trouble and made a remix with 90% of the pins. (only for Full-Cap, because all my lipos not having the full cap are empty ;-) ) http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:702594

XT60 Cap Full - Fits better for me

Caps work great. Can you add an S version for storage?

Thanks for sharing, you've saved me some work, it was only last night I was thinking of designing up something to do just this.
