Well, first, thanks for printing my bone. ... as to having higher res and "On mine you can see the triangles of the mesh in the print." you have me at a bit of a loss (since I don't know the type of printer or material you are working with). ... If you are extruding at 200 microns (0.2mm) that is already 'high res' in ABS, there should no 'visible triangles' ? I routinely print this model for our Anatomy people at 400 microns and in Solid White they always look real nice. ... Three items come to mind - File corruption download, the addition of "BRIM" , why brim? and "no support used." ... Try standing each half upright on the bed - remove BRIM - and generate rectilinear support w 2.5mm spacing at 400 micron.
