A cover for the pocket size VNA (NanoVNA).
Its a great little VNA but the sides are exposed and need protection.
I drew this up in Fusion 360 and with a few trials and redraw I got something that fits.
The front cover is glued to the front panel. The back cover is screws on.
The original screws are replaced with counter sunk screws.
On the side both sides of the power switch there are two holes for the status lights. The light tube STL is printed in clear plastic and glued into these holes.
I have been experimenting with PLAflex, TPU would work well.
Use the NanoVNA flex cover STL to make the flexible cover.

I have added two new files, countersunk front and clearance front. this will hopefully account for the NanoVNA with screw on the front. The clearance version is like the original front, it hides the front screws. Glue the front cover to the front display plate.
The counter sunk version uses the original front screws. Remove the front screws and press the cover in place. Put the screws back in.
I have a orange print I did with PETG, my first print with this type of filament. Its quite strong and well defined.

There are two suppliers of these kits I have found out, the one I have that is black case this has brass bolts and nuts. The front nuts are soldered to the from cover. The white version has plastic bolts and nuts, the plastic bolts protrude out from the top cover. My design is for the black case. If you change the top nuts to brass and solder them in my case will fit. Or drill out where the bolts fit. A solution is I design another case with room for these bolts.
