Follows a quick list of everything you need.
I do not have the time to describe in detail every single request. I recommend taking a kit (especially M3) of various sizes.
the necessary M4, M5 and M8 screws are few and easy to find
the various brackets generally have a thickness of 5mm. stock M4 screws can be reused

I not remember the measure of stock corner joint. reuse it!!!
MOVEMENT and ACCESSORY

the X tensioner uses a pulley with a 3mm hole. reuse that stock. I'm almost sure there is one

if you use this project, then the X axis distance from the end of the 2040 profile is 8.5cm (see photo). in this way the long Y run allows to use a 310x310 bed (with the bed all backwards, the Z sensor falls on the rear edge. with the bed all forward, the nozzle falls on the front edge)

obviously you need a 310x310 heatbed
the choice is yours (12v, 24v, 240v etc)
even for the electronic part, every single user can use what they prefer
I just note that the X axis (complete with all) weighs 2.5kg
I use the stock engine, driven by TMC2208 on the GenL mainboard and with very low acceleration it has no problem managing the movement.
in the render the cable chains are present.
in reality I removed it because they didn't work well and I prefer without.
however, the pieces "HE (HotEnd) plate" and the "ZX motor engine" have pre-drilled holes. if you want, draw what you need and mount there.
for assembly, see the photos.
the HE group uses a 2in1 hotend. if you use a different hotend, modify the "HE plate" piece. or you too can enter the magical world of double extrusions :)
the pieces have very small tolerances (max. 0.25mm. for example the hole for the profile 2020 has a size of 20.2x20.2). set your printer well.
moreover, the various spaces between the moving parts are reduced to a minimum (1 or 2mm). mounts everything with precision.

if you decide to place the endstop on the bracket, then fix it BEFORE mounting everything above 2040 with the MGN12 (see photo)
the block GT2 in X not work very well. I find a "provisional forever" solution.
if you prefer to use the block, then make the space narrower for the belt
