This is a simple, 2-piece solution that extends the reach of a Decora wall switch. It is intended to be used in cases where the actual wall switch is just beyond reach, hidden behind an obstruction.
The design allows for extending the original wall switch to the L or R. One simply installs the toggle in the opposite direction. To install, simply reuse the screws from your existing cover plate (depending on their length).
Furthermore it is dual-gang compatible. (That is by printing up two different sets, two of these can be used on the same switch plate, one for the left switch and one for the right.)
The location of the displaced switch will be approximately 3-1/2" (left or right) from the actual switch being operated. The displaced switch has been made smaller in order to be discreet.

Note: Please note that the picture of the toggle is one minor revision behind and so does not exactly reflect the STL file. The STL file for the toggle reflects an improved design with a sturdier offset rocker switch than what is pictured in the photo.
25%, 50% on toggle's axle
Pretty straightforward, though the toggle's axis can undergo significant stress for its relative thinness. Because of that you may want to consider your slicer's infill options.
In my case I used Cura's blocking feature to select the main axle to receive 50% infill while the rest printed with 25%.
