This is my first submission to Thingiverse, so be gentle! Remixed from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3080548. You'll need to download Greg's files to get the front piece and the stepper motor spacer.
This remix includes a modified back piece that fits the hot-end mount plate on the Geeetech A10 and A30 and modified BLTouch mount. On the back piece, there are now 2 pairs of holes, one above the other. I ended up using the top most set.
In the original design, the part-fan cable can be routed through the front and back pieces. As it was a fast remix, I sacrificed the through hole on the back piece so it will need to be routed around the right side.
The BLtouch mount is 1mm taller and has a hole in the middle for making adjustments to the pin if needed.
Also, to get the X-axis endstop to engage, I had to move it to the outside of the pulley enclosure. Placed there, it hits the hub of the 40mm fan so I've also included a simple fan guard from here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2335067
(Note: I purchased my A30 around 12/15/2018. I can't guarantee they haven't changed the mount. Geeetech seems to change their designs every few months.)
I printed in PLA, but recommend something that can stand higher temps (PLA+, PETG, ABS). The problem I ran into was with the stepper heating up and softening the top which allowed the hot end to rotate and the BMG to tilt...
In Fusion360, if you turn off the design timeline you can convert an STL mesh to a solid. That's how I converted this STL. From there it's not easy because every triangle of the mesh becomes a face. If anyone knows a better way, please share!
