This is an mount on the CR-10S PRO 3D Printer, to Mount a Bondtech BMG and a Slice Engenering Mosquito Hotend in a direct drive configuration.

Since I'm using the DD kit sold by Bondtech - there are no adapters etc - but it does mean the fang duct arrangement is close to the hotend (can't be mounted 'fan front' with the kit - annoyingly) but it's working fine for me printed in POLYCARBONATE.
If you're not sure about your print settings etc - this probably isn't the project for you !
I also changed to a pancake stepper for the BMG rather than reusing the original extruder stepper. It all ends up weighing a few grams less than the original (on the carriage) and considerably less overall including the new stepper.
I can't stress enough that if you print this in something with a low glass temp (PLA etc) - you're going to end up with a big big mess.

I'm taking advantage of the pro carriage as much as possible - so the original mounts for the hot end are used to support the new carriage - which allows me to make the plastic pretty thin so you'll want to adjust the infill accordingly (I used 40%).
V2 almost resolves the tolerances but still I'm afraid requires a little manual finishing. I promise v3 will not :-)
