Summary

My Delta without those was really noisy as the arms vibration was noisy and print ended up with a lot of wavy line. Than I made this little hooks for rubber band. On the picture there are 2 of them but this is not required if use the right amount of rubber band on the arms. This improve print quality and reduce noise created by vibration.

Instructions

Quite small item to print make sure you go slow and thin layer layer height no more than 0.2 if you want an usable hook that will not snap by the force of the rubber band.

I printed some other vibration dampeners for the base of my kossel and they worked great. The other night I was experiencing horrible vibrating noise from the Z tower. I lowered the power on the stepper and bingo, the loud noise went away. I was looking into trying these out. I'll report back on how they performed.

They work really great!

Great! trying these out now!

They work with most small rubber band as long as they are small. If you got some loom band used by kids to make bracelet use 2 on each side per arms.

Laurent - nice idea definite improvement - I got a set with my kit from Rolland
Instead I now use loom band s-hooks like these - http://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/MTIwMFgxNjAw/z/ZGQAAOxyXDhShBT4/$_35.JPG

Glad Roland is putting a set in with the kits. s-hooks will work too but when you got a printer no point of buying those s-hooks ;-)
