Would a threaded barrel solve the gas issue?

It could, the barrel actually does touch the top of the barrel, so extending it further could cause cycling issues, as there may not be enough tilt.
The stock Glock does have a bit of a gap there, it's just a bit more with the p80. Unless you're doing mag dumps, I wouldn't be concerned.

How do you remove the stock beavertail holder?

Edit: got it. There is a pin that needs punched through. An m4 drill bit will perfectly size the hole in the printed beavertail for assembly.

Made the RMR charger out of bridge Nylon, works great. Thanks for making this.

I was really confused when you first said TPU. This makes much more sense. :)

The charging lugs are lowered ~2mm on this version (current thing), vs the stock, so hopefully it doesnt rub. If it does, this (linked thing) is at the stock height. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3717501

CAA MCK (Gen4 Micro Roni) charging handle brownells slide

Lol, I confused myself too when I reread it, I had just finished setting up TPU for a different print. I'm currently not having and rubbing issues, but I'll try this other one too.
