3DPRINTINGWORLD's Collapsing Sith Lightsaber (Removable Blade) was too big to print with my FlashForge Finders 140mm build area. Cut the blade sections down to 140mm and added two more so it still extends to about a meter (haven't actually measured it). Altered then cut the hilt and added two screw sections to it so it screws together/apart in three sections with each part being under 140mm.
Assume it would probably work on other printers with small build area's but only tested it on my FlashForge.

If your build area is big enough I would take a look at 3DPRINTINGWORLD's original https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3668138
For "Lightsaber Blade 1.stl"; use vase mode. For all other Lightsaber blade, parts use vase mode but also set bottom layers to 0.
Will likely need some supports for the top two sections of the hilt for the overhang inside at the end of the screw hole. I used the Auto Tree Like supports in FlashPrint which worked fine and was easy to remove for me.
