i cannot for the life of me get this to work. i have all setting correct using a replicator 2. this and other iphone cases attempted have turned out to big for the phone?

hmm, very strange. how loose are the cases? have you tried to scaling them down a bit with makerware?

I think the truss fits my iPhone 5 perfectly, the volume and speaker access just needs to be enclosed on the top. It would make the truss look more "complete" too!
