Hello, i am really happy that you made it for 8mm,
But i printer the parts and the corner brackets are 10mm instead of 8.. or do i have to put a LM8UU there.
Thanks you

yes the corner brackets are 10mm (like the original) so you can upgrade to more stable 10mm rails at some point if you want.
There are 8mm rod spacers (yes the naming is not the best - maybe i need to improve this) use the 20mm version (https://www.thingiverse.com/download:6788142) for the front and the smaller version (https://www.thingiverse.com/download:6788141) for the back.
hope this helps :)

Edit: you can see the spacer in the back in this image: https://cdn.thingiverse.com/assets/93/df/1f/09/2d/featured_preview_IMG_20191012_135915.jpg

Thank you for answering so fast :):)

Hello, thank you for this beautiful project. I am building your model with rods of 8. Possitive feedback on the operation of your side? Thanks again.

thx, I haven't done too much with the cnc yet.
I tried to cut some aluminium, which didn't work too well (yet) - i guess this is mostly because of the wrong end mills and missing chip clearing (only had 2 flute ones, which clogged and broke). Will try again once I get the single flute end mills from china :)
Wood works quite well in my opinion.
I did a cut through some not too soft wood just recently (see attached picture).
I actually needed the inner part, but I cant make a picture of it at the moment :)

Make sure to use the bigger X-Axis Carriages - they help to improve stability quite a bit.
Let me know if you run into any problems.

Thank you for your feedback. I will install the parts (some are still being delivered ...). I will give you some pictures. About the flute, I ordered this model recommended by Nikodem Bartnik.

Cordially :)

So I stumbled across your 8mm mod here and noticed that there is only a left y axis set of files in this. Do you have the files for the right side?

You can just mirror the left y axis parts in you slicer (e.g. cura).
