I am struggling with getting a good print of part 1.6 (A or B does not matter). Any suggestions with settings to get the proper support on the horizontal surfaces? I am using Cura with an Ender 3.

Do you have a rough estimate of the number of meters of filament this model requires? (I'm only asking b/c my local library has a 3-D printer and will build items for $1.50 USD per meter for library cardholders and I'm trying to get an estimate of what this would cost to have them create it).

With the settings I used for the test prints the total weight was about 650g of PLA filament, but this would vary depending on your settings. I could have printed some parts lighter if I wanted. PLA is about 330 m per kg so probably around 200 m +/- 25 m ish. Hope that helps.

I'm currently printing your awesome model in 110% size (way tooo big :-P )

Do you have any trick for aligning the boosters to the core boster when glueing?

Eyeballed it withthe engine nozzles :-P will post a make soon!

Fantastic, it's great to see it being printed! I haven't actually had a chance to fully build the model myself, (other than the parts I printed for testing the fit of the detachable boosters) so don't have a method as such yet.
