The handle on my Heys Cruizer 3 luggage broke, so I printed this piece to repair it, which reinforces the inside of the handle where it attaches to the metal bars.
Print one normal, and one mirrored (flip it in your slicer program), so the screw holes are in the correct place for the left and right sides of the luggage handle.
How to use it.
1] Remove the luggage handle, and insert this repair piece into it. Use a few drops of super-glue to secure it into the handle.
2] Re-attach the handle to the metal bars, making sure to remove the black plastic piece which this part replaces, and insert the original screws but do not tighten.
3] Use a small amount of 2-part epoxy to reinforce any parts of the luggage handle which completely broke off and are missing around the screw hole.
4] Turn in the screws such that the head is flush with the luggage handle, then wait for the epoxy to fully harden and cure before using.
