My friends are releasing a game and wanted something to help secure their controllers from theft at events. This design wraps around the controller and makes it so it can't be pulled away from the charging cable.
Secure the other end of the cable and it makes it very difficult to walk away with the controller.
It needs 2 M3 nuts and bolts to close the shell.
Rotate so that the model is flat on the bed with the bolted sections liting to the air.
Add support in at whatever type you like, I use a support destiny of 15% -Zig Zag. I also suggest increasing the support x/y distance to 1 or 1.5mm to make it easier to clear later.
This model should be resilient to different settings, it is designed for a layer height of 0.2mm in order to get the flexible joints working correctly.
This model prints as is, clear off any stringing or blobs and it's all ready to go. Fold it around the controller and cable and add the retaining bolts.

I took so rough measurements with a vernier calliper (Xbox controllers are hard to measure as there are no straight/flat/fixed points.

Many, Many, Many iterations of design tweaking the hole positions, folding mechanism as well as other non-folding and snap-fit attempts, this is the final result.
